This also prepares you to handle interview questions and learn how to promote your talents to get hired. A custom tailored resume is created specifically to highlight your accomplishments, skills and key strengths. An outtake discussion is included on how to adapt your resume to specific positions and how to avoid common online job board submission problems.

EXECUTIVE PACKAGE
Executives with 10-20 years of experience
This includes the above services, although the private phone consult is one and a half to two hours as required to accommodate a longer, more complex career history. Resumes will typically be two pages. In addition to your presentation resume in MS Word, you will receive copies in ASCII and PDF format.

CORPORATE PACKAGE
C-level executives and senior professionals with 20+ years of experience
This package is for senior executives and is designed to include as much time as necessary to prepare a high level, detailed and unique corporate resume. GetHiredStayHired will also do current industry research to help ensure our clients have the best competitive advantage. Resumes will be the length appropriate to the experience, industry and position desired, and may include product or accomplishment portfolio addendums.

POSITION SPECIFIC RESUMES
Your resume will be tailored and key worded for a targeted position and company as indicated in the desired job description. You will be coached in the interview to identify your skills and achievements that will advance your odds of success for the specific position.
