I hold an MS in Operations Management and previously sold complex B2B financial products including commercial premium financing services and import/export trade credit insurance to CXOs at mid/large cap and global Fortune companies. That experience shaped how I work today; I understand how senior leaders think, how decisions get made at the top, and what it takes to be seen as ready for the next level.

  • Phase 1: The Narrative (Days 1–30)
    We anchor the engagement with a deep-dive interview process (approximately 90 minutes to 3 hours) to unpack your P&L history and leadership scope. I do not use questionnaires. We collaborate live to reconstruct your background into a compelling business case. We finalize the resume edits together on-screen, ensuring narrative tone and positioning are precise before we go to market.
  • Phase 2: Digital Authority (Days 1–30)
    I execute a complete technical overhaul of your LinkedIn profile so you control the messaging before you enter the room. This includes refining public-facing content to align with your new resume and optimizing backend settings for confidentiality. Once the build is complete, we hold a dedicated 1.5 to 2-hour strategy session covering relationship-based networking, confidential search tactics, and platform mechanics.
  • Phase 3: Market Activation (Days 31–60)
    Once your collateral is live, we shift to execution. You receive 3 hours of 1:1 advisory time over the second month, deployed where you need it most: navigating recruiter benefits/pitfalls, mock interview prep, weekly accountability check-ins, or search strategy refinement. If you land a role quickly, we pivot into a "First 100 Days" strategy blueprint for successful entry into the new firm.
